Mr. Rafael Mougis is one of the CEOs of MOUGIS & GEORGIADES  LLC. He graduated with distinction from the University of Nicosia’s School of Law. He pursued a Master’s degree in European Business Law – Human Rights and Social Justice at the same University.

During his studies he was selected to participate at the University of Nicosia’s Law Clinic where he obtained clinical legal education with active involvement in the processes of real cases. He has also specialised in the field of Non-Performing Loans (NPL) after successfully completing a course at the National Kapodistrian University of Athens.

In 2016, after attending the Cyprus Legal Council lectures and successfully completing the relevant exams, in accordance with provisions of article 5 of the Advocates Law, he became a member of the Cyprus Bar Association.

Mr. Rafael has participated in numerous seminars related to Law as well as other aspects of public interest.

Mr Rafael Mougis is fluent in Greek and English.
